Refund policy

Due to the nature of supplements as consumable products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for any orders once they have been dispatched. This policy adheres to the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and quality control, ensuring all our customers receive products in their original, untampered condition.


Once the product seal has been broken, or the product has been opened or handled in any way, it poses a potential health risk and may no longer be fit for resale under UK Consumer Protection Law, particularly under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. As supplements are ingested by consumers, the risk of contamination or tampering renders the product unsellable.


In accordance with The Consumer Rights Act 2015, we regret to inform that products classified as “goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly” are exempt from return rights. This includes supplements and consumable items. For example, if a customer opens or damages the packaging of any supplement product, we cannot accept a return, as the item is considered no longer suitable for resale or consumption.
